ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
I heard about a voluntary donation, what is it ?
As the whole events and cultural industry, La Traversée du Lac Tremblant is hit hard by the economic consequences implied by the pandemic. If some participants wish to do so, they have the possibility to donate the value of their 2021 subscription to the event. In return, the organization will offer a 50% rebate on a 2022 subscription.
I will not be available in 2022. What are my options ?
Facing this unprecedented and beyond our control situation, subscriptions remain non-refundable. However, you can transfer your subscription to another participant by selling it, or postpone it to 2023. Please let us know your choice by communicating with us at info@traverseelactremblant.ca.
Some events are authorized by the government. Why isn’t it the case with La Traversée ?
Events authorized by the government must meet many criteria, one of which being the respect of physical distancing. After evaluating and elaborating many scenarios, no solution was attainable.
Who took the decision to postpone the event ?
The event postponement is a decision that was taken by the team of La Traversée in collaboration with its board, its partners and local authorities.
